Update - the City's electrician checked all the lights that were out in this area and the lights themselves work but because they are all interconnected there appears to be an electrical transmission problem somewhere in the loop. Additional investigation is required and may require PG&E response. Deadline extended due to complexity of problem and need for outside response.

PG&E investigated on 8/17/17. Everything working on their side of the meter. City's electrician will come back for further investigation. Possible timer malfunction or at City service box on our side of meter.
