Incorrectly timed lights at this intersection are using the pre-configured settings for a 4-way stop instead of the settings for a 3-way stop. Westbound approach triggers a red-to-right-green sequence for Westbound traffic, and a red light for Southbound traffic. Both are superfluous and slow traffic unnecessarily.
