Deskripsyon

Trees and other plants are halfway into the sidewalk and blocking the path. They are completely overgrown and not kept up. Unable to pass this area with a stroller or wagon. We have a lot of families in this neighborhood who walk daily and they have to walk in the street when passing this area.
