A. Resident called in and wanted to suggest that a separation for large dogs from small dogs be introduced. Resident had an incident at the dog park where a large dog bit his small dog. Will not be bringing his dog back until there is a separation.

No separation is needed or wanted. Dogs, large and small, get along fine. It isn’t the dogs…it’s the owners. If the owners can’t control or haven’t properly socialized ther dog, then no amount of separation will help. Separation will only lessen roaming space for both sizes and, further, present issues with watering and pool filling.
I want the park to remain as is. I’m a small dog owner, btw. Going here for years without issue. If you want separation at dog park, drive up to Davis park.
