A. Resident reports that the oleanders are far above the sound wall and with the winds is dropping debris in her back yard. Specifically along N. Lincoln (near Regency Parkway)--N. Lincoln is along reporting resident's back yard. Resident has concerns for her dog who might ingest the droppings from the oleanders.
